VICTORIA PROCTOR BIO

Victoria Proctor joined the Lower Cape Fear Human Resources Association (LCFHRA) in 2024 and began serving on the Board of Directors as Programming Co-Director in 2025. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a concentration in Criminal Justice from Central Michigan University and holds her SHRM-CP certification.

Victoria began her HR career in 2019 and has gained experience across multiple industries, including manufacturing and construction. Originally from Michigan, she relocated to Wilmington in 2022 and most recently served as an HR Generalist with Global Laser Enrichment.

She is currently exploring new opportunities in human resources while remaining active in the profession through her role with LCFHRA.
