SARAH SCULLY BIO

Sarah Scully is a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Global Laser Enrichment (GLE), a nuclear technology company based in Wilmington, NC, pioneering the next generation of uranium enrichment through laser innovation. Passionate about fostering community growth, Sarah actively engages in initiatives that strengthen local industry and enhance quality of life for Wilmington residents. A U.S. Army veteran, she brings additional experience in operations, logistics, project management, and recruitment strategy.

She is also the founder and host of The Women in the Arena Podcast, part of Iron Butterfly Media Company, which amplifies the voices of women veterans and other trailblazing women making an impact worldwide. In addition, Sarah is a small business owner dedicated to strengthening connections within Wilmington’s business community. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of South Carolina and an M.P.A. from Liberty University.
