Madison McClellan is an HR Generalist with a non‑traditional career path and a people‑first approach grounded in empathy, advocacy, and practicality. Still early in her career, she has focused on building clear, ethical HR practices that support both employees and leaders, particularly in small, growing organizations where strong HR foundations matter most. Her experience includes employee relations, benefits administration, and creating approachable, compliant processes that make work easier and more transparent for everyone.

Madison is deeply passionate about foster youth advocacy and women’s rights, values that shape how she approaches HR and leadership. She believes HR should be accessible, human, and rooted in trust and is especially committed to supporting “HR departments of one” through thoughtful systems and education.

Outside of work, Madison enjoys spending time reading, traveling whenever she gets the chance, and visiting as many coffee shops in the Wilmington area as possible.
