KIMBERLY MUELLER

Kimberly Mueller joined the Board in 2018 as the Membership Co-Chair, she served 2 years as secretary and transitioned into the roll of Treasurer in 2022.  Kim has been an active member of LCFHRA and a national SHRM member since 2014.  Originally from NY, she earned her Bachelors’ Degree in Psychology and Spanish at Binghamton and Stony Brook Universities.  She has lived in Wilmington since 2007 with her beagle babies.  Kim has worked for PolyQuest, a PET resin distributor and manufacturer since 2010, where she’s worn a multitude of hats, working her way up from office admin to accounting to developing a human resources department.  She currently enjoys working there as the Director of Human Resources, where she oversees all things HR and payroll related.  Kim is looking forward to continuing to learn and contribute to the HR community as a member of the board.  In her spare time, she likes to participate in local animal rescue efforts.
