JESSICA BEARDSLEY BIO

Jessica Beardsley is an accomplished human resources executive with over 25 years of progressive leadership experience spanning healthcare, retail, insurance, and nonprofit sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Lower Cape Fear LifeCare, she partners with executive leadership to align talent strategies with organizational goals, while fostering a culture of excellence, compliance, and engagement.

Jessica holds an MBA in Human Resources from Plymouth State University and a BS in Management & Communication from Keene State College. She is dual-certified as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She has been an active member of the Lower Cape Fear HR Association since 2009, and starts serving on the board in 2026.

A passionate mentor and culture advocate, Jessica volunteers with WILMA (Women’s Leadership in Wilmington, NC) as a mentor, and is a proud graduate of the 2023 WILMA Leadership Institute. In her free time she enjoys relaxing at the beach and spending time with family and friends.
