Danielle currently serves as a Program Manager at StepUp Wilmington, where she leads initiatives that empower individuals to achieve meaningful employment and long-term career success. Her work focuses on developing inclusive, growth-oriented programs that strengthen both participants and the broader community. 

With experience spanning career services, human resources, and the nonprofit sector, Danielle is a dedicated people development professional passionate about helping individuals and teams grow with purpose. She holds a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and the SHRM-CP certification, which allow her to bring both strategic insight and hands-on experience to every initiative she leads.

Danielle has worked in career centers guiding job seekers toward meaningful employment, in HR roles designing talent development strategies, and within nonprofits focused on workforce readiness and empowerment, leading a team that supports individuals in finding meaningful work. Across each setting, her focus has remained consistent: fostering professional growth, building inclusive environments, and equipping others with the tools to thrive professionally. She joined the LCFHRA Board in 2026 and looks forward to serving the HR Community!
