DANA RHODES BIO

Dana Rhodes serves as a Senior HR Analyst for New Hanover County, bringing experience from her earlier roles with the Department of Social Services and the Boys & Girls Club of Southeastern North Carolina. A proud UNCW alumna, she holds both a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a marketing concentration and a Master of Public Administration. In 2024, she completed the LCFHRA certification course and earned her SHRM-CP credential.

Dana moved to Wilmington in 2003 to attend UNCW and has called it home ever since. She enjoys staying active, trying new sports and outdoor activities, and spending her free time with her husband, Michael, and their dog.  Dana joined the LCFHRA Board in 2025 and has enjoyed serving as Membership Co-Chair and Treasurer.
